I demand a toilet!

I demand a toilet!
A paedophile is suing a prison for breaching his human rights because there is no loo in his cell.
David Williams, 44, serving life for raping a 13-year-old boy, wants £5,000 damages for a “substandard lifestyle that is endangering his physical and emotional health”. His High Court writ against Exeter jail claims the lack of a toilet means he suffers “degrading and humiliating treatment.”
Williams, who has a history of attacks against children as young as four, also complains because he does not have hot and cold running water. A charity that represents victims said Williams’s claim was disgraceful.
Ed Usher, of Victims’ Voice, said: “The human rights of the victim are never taken into account. These offenders have been put behind bars because they chose to commit the crime.” East Devon MP Hugo Swire said: “I hope that very little time and certainly not too much money is spent on this clearly outrageous attempt to make a mockery of the criminal justice system.”
The Ministry of Justice said: “No prison’s sanitary arrangements breach human rights laws.”
The bar steward wouldn't be able to sit on ANYTHING when I had finished with him

He has been justly deprived of his liberty, and that should include his freedom to question his treatment.
If I were in charge, prisons would be places NO-ONE would EVER want to return to !

Rubbish like this makes me laugh. What exactly do you think prisons are like? I have a friend and an aquaintance who are prison officers and a very close friend who is a probation officer and between them (and another aquaintance who is a probation officer now but used to be a prison officer) theyre aware of one private prison thats relatively soft. The majority are full of big and nasty men who cry themselves to sleep at night.

They should be so knackered through hard labour that they don't have the energy to cry and are asleep before their head hits the hard concrete of their windowless cold cell.

In America some of the prisons are absolute hell holes but it doesnt stop people from offending: it just makes them more desperate not to get caught.
Theres a stong lack of thinking in all SN threads like this and ranting about proons being too soft when the people posting couldnt survive them is ridiculous.

There's a simple way to solve this guys problem: cut his **** off and seal any resulting "holes" and sew his arsehole shut. I guarantee he won't be bleating about the lack of a toilet.

Perhaps the 5,000 would be better spent on the child he raped!
Perhaps he should have thought of the consequences of his actions before he raped a child.
Does he think prison should be a holiday camp with en suite facilities?
If he wins the money then god help us, he does neither deserve the money nor the right to try to claim it.

The whole rehabilitation thing doesn't work. The reoffending rates are the same with and without.
Also, i'm sure that people have won similar court cases in the past. Another case of too many rights and no responsibilities.
