I only get the news from Scoobynet, I thought everyone did seen as we are all glued to it

Apparently so. The spoilsports have, today, salted our road for the first time in living memory. Probably something to do with the number of Range Rovers and Cayennes falling in to the hedgerow. (Ornery cars seem not to have this problem!).
Realistically, I'm looking forward to a Monday spent hurtling down the hill to the pub on a frehly waxed tea tray. My pants are on the radiator, ready to start me off in the right frame of mind.

TBH the weather reporting in this country is a ****ing joke, especially the BBC.
I have a pet hate with them as they consistently get it wrong and in fact change their minds daily if not twice a day. It is easier and more accurate these days to just stick your friggin head out the bloody window
Take for example this weekend, I had a few things planned and so wanted to see what the weather was going to be like .
This is how the high tech BBC saw it as it unfolded. Notice them changing their minds twice and drops of 5 degrees on some days ...****ing joke
I may as well get my weather reports from Pete at this rate

If it doesn't snow I'm going to be really disappointed, so far this winter I've managed to be at the opposite end of the country to the heavy snow every time we've had any. Now I'm back in the south east and nicely positioned for the worst of it, I'm really excited
