A perfect Subaru day, or so I thought...
...I woke up this morning and thought it was a perfect Subaru day:-
my car was still on the driveway
I hadn't been woken in the middle of the night by burglars
I had not been ripped off by someone on ebay/Scoobynet
I had not had my car ruined by a dodgy dealer
I did not feel oppressed by the politically correct left or the reactionary right
and then...
I was very low on fuel and popped into my local Esso garage to top up with SUL. I put the nozzle in and up came the price
£1.15.9 a litre!!!!!!!
I thought this must be a joke price, replaced the nozzle and loaded up again. No, £1.15.9 litre!!!!
I put four litres - enough to get me to the Vpower or T99 petrol station!!
Even in my usual relaxed state that is a shocking price in the curent market.
