FAO Leslie - Did you/he ever get an apology???
Cannot find the thread which Les posted those great pics on, did the doubting Thomas ever apologise, even a PM at the very least???
Do not want this turned into a witch hunt or bashing session, just wondered if the person was man enough to admit they where wrong, thats all.

LOL I don't have a problem with Paul asking!
I only intervened before as there were so many better directions for that particular thread to go in than a nerrr, nerrrr fest. I mean, we had a vulcan pilot telling us about his experiences for goodness sake; gotta be better than a bunfight over who was right and wrong anyday of the week?
I think the extra pictures and info from Les that were subsequently produced on that thread somewhat vindicated my comments wouldn't you say? It's turned into quite a thread!! Appreciated by many, who have since complimented les on the pictures and showed a lot of interest in his accounts. So, nerr, na, nerrr, nerrr, nerrr to those who doubted me!
To respond to Paul, I doubt an apology will be forthcoming. If people completely unknown to Les want to doubt the veracity of what he says/posts, that's their prerogative. Won't make the slightest bit of difference to those of us who believe him, and, most importantly, matters not one Jot to Les, who knows the truth!

I would imagine that kind of person would never be prepared to admit that they were in the wrong but suffice it to say that they have successfully demonstrated their true characters on this forum. We can all make up our own minds about that of course.

I suspect the culprits see no need to apologise as no doubt, they'll say it's not les in the pictures etc.. that is assuming that their objections were even genuine and not just baiting
As Faye Weldon once said: "never apologise, rationalise!"
