How the f*ck do you delete tracks/albums off it?

go into itunes and delete it from the playlist.

Thats how i do it just remember to sync after you delete the album/tracks.

hit it with a hammer , that pretty much deletes most of the albums

I synced mine at christmas and it ended up with a load of **** videos on it
after I finished watching them I was disgusted.

which way are you deleting em (auto or manually)and have you lost everything on the Ipod or on Itunes

Lost the tunes i deleted from itunes(which im not bothered about)but lost everythig from the ipod
