How many directors can you have in the family
My competitor ( actually he was merely gifted all my business) has gone bust AGAIN , thats the 4th time i reckon in about 15 years - AND hes apparenty started up AGAIN
- I swear this could only happen in such a small place ( a marina) where customers are so rich/fickle/ stupid and turnned round every 5 years.
Question is just how many times can a company be put it your wifes ,childrens, fathers , aunts name

It does just amaze me how customers are willing to brush by-gones under the carpet and deal with this geezer , like its an occupational hazard folding every 5 years

bloke I used to work for has done that 3 times in 8 years.
runs up huge debts in the company, ran up nearly £850k when I was working for them. They put the company into receivership and start a new business a few weeks later with nearly the exact name. Using another member of the family as the director, first was his wife then his son.
