Take said turkey, and some sliced bread. Place slices of turkey, between slices of bread. Then eat.

Repeat this til New Years Eve when all the turkey should be finished, and the great Xmas leftovers tradition is complete.

Alternatively, leave turkey uncovered, open door and allow dogs to enter room. 30 seconds later, no turkey left

Oh, and our 2 dogs got a huge full Xmas dinner of their own, so that helped reduce the excess leftovers, but still got a fridge full of it.

Luckily I love the Xmas dinner so am happy to eat it for the next 2 weeks

Turkey curry is pretty good too

Already had my first set of turkey butties, yum. Loads of butter and salt and the cheapest white bread you can find (Warburtons Toastie was all I had)

Have a look at https://www.scoobynet.com/photograph...rs-chille.html - I'm sure you can improvise with turkey

[edit: the Chille recipe itself is fantastic, but the curries might work better with leftover poultry...]
