Well my first ever Christmas at home I went a little overboard on the turkey 3.5kilos as there are only two us to eat it, there will be a huge amount left any interesting recipes?

Repeat this til New Years Eve when all the turkey should be finished, and the great Xmas leftovers tradition is complete.
Alternatively, leave turkey uncovered, open door and allow dogs to enter room. 30 seconds later, no turkey left

Oh, and our 2 dogs got a huge full Xmas dinner of their own, so that helped reduce the excess leftovers, but still got a fridge full of it.
Luckily I love the Xmas dinner so am happy to eat it for the next 2 weeks
Turkey curry is pretty good too

[edit: the Chille recipe itself is fantastic, but the curries might work better with leftover poultry...]
