Not used T4 at Heathrow before. Flight should land at 19.45 on a Friday night at the end of January, so if there are no delays and all goes as usual, roughly how long from touch-down to standing on the underground platform ? Need to have a rough idea for train planning.

I'd allow a generous 45 mins. Have managed to escape in about 25 before but you have to be lucky with your bags.

Bugeyeandy is about right, 45mins + anything up to another 30 mins.
