Smoked River Cobbler
Just about to sink my nashers into this .... but, what the hell is it?
A Google search finds the fillets - but what does the fish look like, probably as ugly as sin!!

You should have seen the look on my boat partner's face when I mentioned to him not to hook that one, and a 25 foot basking shark slid past under his nose! He had to sit down for a bit.
