Yeah, in the North East. Guy bought a 3 storey (Silly storey) house at the start of the development. Wanted to move, but as A) It sat in the middle of a building site, and B) The new builds were cheaper than his second hand home, he was giving away his F355 as part of the deal.
Think it was £330k or £350k he was wanting for the house
