Thumbs up £20 Suits

Good grief - Tesco's doing pretty decent Suits for £20!!

These are also Machine washable!!

It's cheaper than going naked (assuming an indecency fine of £100)

Depends on your take of decent I suppose. I had a look at them earlier in the year and they were dreadful. The cut is woeful and the fabric quality is something a tramp would question.

Thanks for the heads up, Phil. Nice to see that someone is prepared to take the time to share these finds with the wider community

There used to be a well respected and dare I say humorous member on here that made a regular contribution of "bargains" sharing.

Keep up the good work

Really?

Did they sell their Scooby and so felt unable to entertain on here anymore? Which site are they giving pleasure and wisdom to now, I wonder?

The indecency refered to of course is the sum of money conferred to the maker

No, I'm sorry to say, that was not the case. The member I refer to still drives a rather nice, completely standard and impecably maintained Impreza Wagon.

Sadly he was permanently banned from the site, for reasons I really don't understand.

As for which sites they frequent now, I'm not certain but I do know they had a passion for MX5's

As a newbie I wouldn't know to whom you may be referring, but I would encourage you lot to be more careful when handling your most prized gems!

MX5 eh? Wise as well as humourous then? A rare find lost.

Pete, if you could sell your transparancy, I'm sure the MOD would love to buy it as it could protect no end of troops.

How would he know that common sense had broken out and it was safe to return? Surely he would just see his account as banned and not bother? Once banned I don't suppose there is anyway back? Is there?

I don't know re. the perma ban. It may be worth asking the new Admin what their position would be. Iirc there are more than one permanently banned user?

Do others feel this idea has merits?

Well, certainly if the place would be richer with these users it must be worth a shot, dependant upon their perceived crimes of course.

How long they had been a member before being banned should come into play, assuming their posting style was acceptable for a few months and then all of a sudden it wasn't for no good reason.

I've raised the issue in Policy, I do hope it creates some fruitful debate

Even cheap tat looks quite remarkably good on me - I guess some need to wear good cuts and expensive gear to look good, some look good in a coal sack
