Returns to Amazon - anyone got experience?
I bought a new camcorder from Amazon which arrived yesterday. After using it for about 10 minutes it was clear it wasn't suitable for my needs.
I have arranged for collection tomorrow. Everything is "As was" in the box but when I removed the celotape from the outside of the box it took a little of the design with it.
Will this affect my right to return the item for a refund?

No problems at all - Amazon are great.
I bought a HD DVD player just before the Blu Ray victory and returned it the day before the 30 day no quibble return. Sent it back and got a full refund.
As long as the packaging and ALL contents are there, you'll be fine.

I've returned a couple of bits to Amazon and had no problems, as has already been said just make sure you send everything back.
They usually refund the money to your account within a couple of days of them receiving the returned item.
