UBB PROBLEMS!!!

Can anyone help me here! I have a copy of ubb 6.04f but I cannot move topics correctly, I'm led to believe that this version is very buggy and there is a problem with the following file:-
public_move_topic.pl
Don't suppose anyones got another copy of this file I could use? Its giving me real headaches. If you wanna see the forum its at:-

Its for owners of the Nissan 200sx.
