Default Deflation.

Would that mean yearly paycuts?

For instance, our paydeal is RPI + x%. So if RPI was -5% and our x% was .50%, would that mean a 4.5% decrease in pay?

no pay rise would be the same as a 4% ish paycut {inflation} however from my point I would be happy if it meant keeping me in work.
