Normally I pass over these types of threads however this guy was worthy of one. With any luck his life will be made miserable in prison.

That is just unreal. I can't believe anyone could do such a thing. Reading it makes me feel sick.........I have a 20 month old. How anyone could think about it doing it is beyond me. One sick deluded man.

THe suspended sentance was given to the baies mother. Unfortuantely it means that she won't go to prison at all as long as she keeps out of trouble for the next 2 years

Truly horrific. Oh look, he was "troubled" as a lad, so that makes it ok does it? Because he was "troubled", it's perfectly ok for him to violently murder his baby daughter? I'd not be at all shocked if some human rights angle is used to try and reduce his sentence. People like this do not deserve any human rights, in my mind they don't qualify as human beings.

This really does sicken me. Even if we had the death penalty, it would not be the correct course of action to take for this "things" actions. Far too quick and painless. If you are going to put someone to death for a crime such as this, it should not be humane or painless. They should suffer, for a suitable length of time (at least a few hours, if not a day or two) in agonizing pain.

Things such as pulling out fingernails with pliers, spraying them with water than then covering them in lye, popping a hand into liquid nitrogen and then pulling it out and hitting it with a hammer. Perhaps have a look at the middle ages and pick a few of the less pleasant tortures.

We need prisons like BangKwang/klongPrem....

Not leisure centres like we have now.

He and others like him need to be punished, not just taken out of society and given a cushy life.

I believe there should be a two tier prison system, one type of prison for certain types of offenders like robbers/muggers/fraudsters/car thieves/shoplifter etc.

And another type for monsters like these, set up like the Bangkok Hilton so the inmates suffer every minute of every day, kill each other, or better still do themselves in.

I personally don't advocate cruelty to criminals, extreme hardship but not torture, I would however, in this case advocate the death sentence, no use to anybody and is now going to cost the taxpayer thousands every year, a quick death is in order.

i agree with markus ,i disagree with the death penalty as its an easy painless way out these beasts should be tortured like on braveheart ,get bunsen burners on their ********* while omar is having ago from behind and injecting him full of wierd diseases and drugs then let him go cold turkey for a couple of weeks then apply the same again.

Do you not think though, if you perform, or are party to such acts that you are as bad as them, I could understand a parent battering someone who in some way hurts or abuses their child, that is a natural response but thinking up painful torture for criminals is sort of endorsing their way of doing things, lock them up, make it hard but getting busy on someones knackers with a blowtorch would be a fairly horrific thing to do to someone, however unpleasant their act was.

I do agree it may put others off.

If you want him to suffer, hang him upside down and then saw through his genitals 'down' towards his head. The amount of blood in his head keeps him conscious alot longer than he would be normally able to stand.

I learned this on a tour where they described mediaeval torture, most unpleasant.
