Guests on programmes like that are simply not adult enough to sort out their differences or issues between themselves, they tend to go on to for either a confidence boost (telling them they are right) or to make them feel better from other people taking sympathy for them

In a perverse way i actually enjoy the show, but it irritates the hell out of me when he gets it all wrong, steams in for no good reason just for effect and then tries the pally-pally method afterwards. Sure, the majority of people on that show are utter scum, but that doesn't justify a sledgehammer approach in almost every situation.

I only catch Kyle's show here and there, never sit to watch the whole show. Perhaps that's why I don't mind it that much. I think there is a room to exhibit the ignorant, idiotic section of the society via TV, because it exists. Jeremy gives them lot a right bollocking for being dense! Quite enjoyable, really. His patience is amazing for an unqualified, self-nominated counsellor type mediator.
