cheddar thats as strong as hell!!! Tesco's rating of 5 is like cats wee to me! IF thats thats the benchmark, then I want a 15!

Raclette or Reblochon for unusual stuff, otherwise, decent Cheddar, Lancashire is quite nice, especially when server with Apple Pie, wierdly.

I love all cheese, yum (except mild chedder and ****) I sometimes go to the Wensleydale Creamery at Hawes in t'Dales, they have a shop where you can test the zillions of different cheeses that they produce. Just don't have lunch before you go

With you on that one. Fresh from the pack Saint-Paulin is just lovely. Got some Canadian Cheddar from Asda in my daily sarnies at the moment, really nice. Also partial to a bit of Brie now and again.

Check this out for a list of cheeses, didnt know there were so many types around

We've got some cheese in the fridge that went out of date on the 14th of Feb this year. It's in wax, unopened...will we die if we eat it?
