The family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 kids including a 10 week old baby were returning from a family visit to Brum.

By all accounts the lorry driver failed to see the queue of traffic on the m6, ploughed straight into the back of the familys car, which then went under the lorry - creating a fireball from which none of the family could have survived.

Accidents ones involving foreign drivers are becoming more & more regular, with ever increasing horrific and catastrophic results. An entire family wiped out due to one drivers incompetence. RIP.

The report in the link above does not paint a very good picture that day, even before this accident there had been a couple of fatalities on the M6.

Too many people die in stupid car accidents.......

As far as foreign drivers causing accidents I guess one can partly attribute the fact that Europe circulates via the right, and many people probably just dont cant adapt fast enough.

Whichever the reason, most truck drivers suck here anyway.
