This could become an interesting debate... I remember VAT. VAT stands for Versatile Amphibious Toaster.
My Uncle Leo invented it in 1942 to help the troops in World War II. The VAT was to be used either as a toaster or as an amphibious weapon in water (by sending 240v through the conducting H2O and thus killing the approaching **** divers)...
Unfortunately for Uncle Leo, due to rationing, there wasnt enough cable available and so the idea never got off the ground.
So not longer after, Uncle Leo sold VAT to the government who recycled it into a tax.
So if there is anything you need to know about VAT ask me or my Uncle Leo - who is still going by the way, immortalised after inventing the ISA (Immortalising Sustaining Appliance), which kind of worked for him but too ended up being bought by the government...
The end.
