Hard work! Just search for abdominal exercises on the t'internet. It is best not to do lot's of the same routine though as your muscles will adjust and not benifit after a while.

LOL @ post 2,3 and 5

A topic-related cartoon springs to mind too >

LOL all jokes, 69

Hope you find the answer to your query here, man.
My son has been training for a while, and he still hasn't achieved six pack yet. His tummy is tough as a stonewall, though. He asks me to punch it sometimes, just to show it off Takes a long time, and there must be some targetted exercises you can do. Someone will enlighten here, I hope.

A 6 pack is as much about getting any last vestiges of fat off your body as it is about abdominal exercises. You can do sit-ups till the cows come home but without losing the fat it won't be worth jack.

Don't bother with a 6-pack, I find a barrel better

You have to go below something like 7.5% body fat IIRC...

Unless you have the right body shape it is a very hard slog to get ripped abs and then to keep them. Best of luck! YouTube has some decent vids if you are looking for specific exercises. Hanging leg raises are the ones I would recommend but they take time to master.

No secrets or magic fixes, its all down to low bodyfat. Sub 10% and once its there you have to maintain that which involves very strict dieting, alot of training and HIIT.

I think partially it depends on your motabilism etc.

Both my kids have 6 packs (the oldest has like a 12 pack), they both eat like horses and at times utter ****e, and do a bit of exercise but nothing over the top.

Course I think you can "earn" one, but I do think that some people will find it much easier than others.

Quick and easy method - guaranteed to work.

Take 4 pieces of string:

Tie two HORIZONTALLY around your stomach at 1/3 and 2/3 height.

take 3rd piece of string and tie HORIZONTALLY around top of stomach

take 4TH piece of string and tie to front of top piece, pull tightly down VERTICALLY over stomach under crotch and through **** crack.

Have (good) friend tie to the rear of the top piece of string.

Paint string flesh tone to hide.

You may have issues with bi-polar poo and garroted bollocks but you WILL have your 6-pack
