Yes, just looked at the website .... they didn't say that there is a connection fee (I'm sure they will waive that) and a charge for Card if I want Setanta Sports (again that should be free) .... if my past experience with BT Sales is anything to go by, they will give you ANYTHING you ask for - just to hook you in.

THEN they charge you for it ..... 'Sorry Sir, computer error!' ..... so I now demand the deal be e-mailed to me BEFORE I agree - they then ring me back in an hour or two once I am satisfied about the e-mail.

So, we shall see what I can get out of them

Stay well clear. I complained about this to BT.

They phoned me, and the deal sounded great, £6 a month for movies, sport, films, Back cataloge of programes etc. Was offered free connection, free hub, and free something else but can't remember what now.

Anyway, I kept asking for £6 a month what do I get apart from the regular freeview channels. Answer was always the same. "Setanta sports, films, etc".

As I was about to go out the door I didn't have time to check the website, so signed up there and then. Though what a great deal. Oh no it wasn't

The next day I checked BT's website. For £6 a month, all you get is freeview. Everything else is extra.

Phoned up, cancelled BT Vision and complained about there sales team miss selling the products. Obviously they've dorted that now.

Anyway, I HATE BT Sales Team they are nothing but a bunch of lieing schemeing dishonest gits .............. but, they do give you all you want and if it's in writing they cannot get out of it.
