It is a little worrying that Ferrari have a legal representative there, it's like they're not happy with the FIA's ability...
They stand to gain the most from this, it's a McLaren-FIA argument, nothing to do with Ferrari really, surely no more than the other F1 teams...

Does look like "Big Brother" watching over things doesn't it...

Interesting argument from McLaren that the penalty, even though mimiking a drive through penalty, was in fact only a time penalty... thus an appeal is allowed under the rules... and that the race director has since changed his mind to agree with the stewards...(maybe waking up next to a horse head is not what he has planned... )

Formual 1 will continue to be well and truly f****** while Ferrari and the FIA continue to be allowed to conspire against any other team ( in particular Maclaren ) with a chance of winning the championship or stopping Ferrari from winning it.

I wonder if all this controversy will ever have an impact on sales of Ferrari.

Bloody cop out by the FIA. Any remaining feeling of impartiality has been blown away IMHO...

They knew it was inadmissable before they lodged the appeal. Don't know what else they expected?

Why? All the driver's have made quite a few errors this year. If he wins it, great, but he I wouldn't say he 'deserves it' anymore than the next driver.

Tozzi told Hamilton to "stop personalising" the issue as he was under instruction from Ferrari, who "know as much about Formula One as you do".

Hamilton responded: "With respect, I doubt it."

Right, so Lewis believes he knows more about F1 than Ferrari? Donkey.

I think you'll find that's Hamilton's way of saying "Ferrari have corrupted F1 and he's sick of the double standards"

Obviously he does not know more than Ferrari... but he does know more than Tozzi...but Tozzi's was employed to be-little McLaren ,, To$$er more like

Fair enough, but you can't say he hasn't been "unlucky". Even last year he was unlucky and taking into account that was his first year in F1, he's the best in comparison to the rest of them.

Oh no...don't go down that road.

He's got one of the very best cars on the track FFS.

I'd bet right now that if say Robert Kubica was given the McLaren car next year he'd do the same thing.

I'd have said the Ferrari has looked better in the past few races, if it weren't for the reliability aspect of it. Certainly faster anyway...
