Hello

Has anyone used live traffic updates with a Garmin Nuvi? It seems ideal for me who wanders into London most days and can never decide on a route, but usually the one I pick is blocked.

I was looking at the Nuvi 255T (my wife has the 250 an dit is really good).

I have a 250 with traffic updates. They are very useful, but only as good as the people who report the jams in the first place. It has saved me getting stuck a few times though. The fact that it indicates the severity of the jam in terms of traffic flow and congestion length is also a nice touch! Just monitor where it suggests you go to avoid the jam though; it can take you WELL out of your way!!

Used it on my Nuvi, it Colours the road yellow when there's a hold up... quite useful yes. (even though I ignored it and ran into 10 miles tailbacks on the A30)
