Auction Property Prices
The price of houses sold at auction has fallen by almost a quarter over the last year, according to figures highlighted by the Liberal Democrats.
The average price between June and August this year was £130,400 - 23.4 per cent lower than the average of £170,300 during the same period last year.
I'm pretty sure that what happens in the Auction houses is reflected a few months later in the general retail market.
