Seen today on the GMTV, some american nutter (Stuntman) diving in 12 inches of water!
How long before someone tries it and really hurts themselves?

Only in america lol!

People have been doing that at fairs in this country for years - until it was banned I think. It was a big thing to do in years gone by. I'm not old enough to have seen it done, but I do know of a few people who saw some chap in Blackpool perform stunts like that.

Total madness of course.

Personally, I'd like to see him combine it with the "bed of nails" trick.

I was quite impressed myself. I would assume it was imposible if he haddn't of done it and I guess thats the point, entertaining people by performing a dangerous stunt that most people would be scared to do and would think not possible.

If he kills himself doing it, what then?

One less stupid American around. I can't see a problem.
