ne1 do the cashless Bradford & Bingley take up share offer?
from the other week, what a swizz.
I could have bought 670 more shares are 55p each.
But I went for the cashless take up, where they sell the allocation I could have, then with the money buy back shares.
well they sold the shares at 0.0025p each, which then alloded me to buy 3 shares at the 55p price!!!
what about all those who bought their shares at 55p each, they could have given me 45p for each one of mine!

A bank in trouble. I put my allocation offer in the bin. Like a lot of people, obviously, as the price has now fallen, as you say, to 45p. Not sure what the end game for BB will be.

Likewise binned mine, but when the offer came out they were already under £0.55p so why bother. I can never see them hitting the £4.00 mark ever again, they were free in the first place so no big deal.

Thank the greedy carpet bagging types that forced the de-mutualisation and made B&B into a bank.
