My day has just been made
basically i work in a phone shop part time before i go to university.
customer just came in and asked me to remove her sim card, which i did. she was very grateful and was asking how much she owed me for the service, obviously its free?!?
she got chatting asked me my name and said how grateful she was (she was an old lady who wasn't clued up bout technology) she asked my name and then thanked me again. half an hour later, she has just popped in and she had bought me a kit kat.
only a little thing but really chuffed with that

As I was reading it I was hoping it was a young lady who'd left the SIM and it happened to have some interesting media on it What a disappointment

It's always nice when working in this type of environment, that someone shows a bit of appreciation. People are often quick to complain in retail, but it's refreshing when someone comes along and makes your day like this. It's often few and far between, but when it happens, it's nice.

Right from your user name i take it your only 18. So old lady to you is going to be 36 - 40 .Next time she comes in (if 36 - 40) show her how the camera works and get some pictures posted up
