Tattoo removal
Hello folks,
I'm booked in to start having a tattoo removed next week using e-raze http://www.e-raze.com/. Has anyone else used this?
I'm a bit unsure about laser treatment, I know people who have been left with scars. Anyone else had experiences with laser treatment?
Cheers
Claire

I don't have a tattoo above my ****!!
It was an illinformed decision at the age of 16. I wouldn't say it's scummy/trampy, let's just say I've grown out of and am sick of looking at it everyday. It's a constant reminder of how ****ing stupid and naive I was
It can burn all it wants - it's going!!

But, then again, I couldn't even remember your birthday so I could be wrong How silly did that make me look?
I do know someone who has had one removed, but I can't remember who the hell it was. I'll let you know if I remember. That's a big if

I would agree that certain tattoo's are a little "chavvy" or whatever you want to call it - I personally don't like arm tats on women whereas I don't mind them on a man. I have a tat on my wrist in memory of my brother - i don't think I look a tramp or scummy tbh.
I have two other tats, however they remain hidden as their not on parts of my body that I have uncovered

Consider yourself lucky - you can delete the tattoo, unlike the problem facing some people on here who have hundereds if not thousands of reminders of how ****ing stupid they were/are

I'm sure it was it about four years ago you first mentioned this to me? Although I could be dreaming. I always thought you had two tattoos to be honest, one on your arm (some sort of Chinese symbol? ) and one on your shoulder blade.
But, then again, I couldn't even remember your birthday so I could be wrong How silly did that make me look?

Yes it has taken me 4 years to pull my finger out my **** and get round to it. If procrastination was an olympic sport I'd win gold every time
It's just so impersonal Lee, I got it done when I was 16 to show my parents I could do what the hell I wanted seeing as I had left home. It's got to the point that it has affected my choice in clothing!

I'm intrigued to ask what you've got and where LMAO
I had my first tattoo in 1999 and to this day my folks don't know about it and haven't clapped eyes on it - not sure that I'd go to lengths as to have it removed - but shortly after getting it done, I made a rather large mistake in having someones name tatt'd above it - it never lasted - and the I had it tattooed over. I regret the name being done in the first place cause the cover over is ****e!

I'm in the process of having one removed.
I've had 4 sessions on the laser and my next one is for Sunday.
As the tat fades a different laser is used.
The first 3 sessions hurt a bit but it only lasted about a minute or two. A bit like having very very very very very hot chip fat spattered on your arm.
The 4th session (on different laser, a Ruby Laser) actually hurt like hell and I could smell my flesh burning
I had some blistering for a week but it's healed nicely and the tat is fading very well.
Bear in mind that you should leave 4 -12 weeks in between each session.
HTH.

there are other alternatives to removal than laser or the method on the website u linked to. i cant remember the name of the company at the moment but my artists had someone visit for a day as they were thinkin of getting someone in the shop. i know the company was at the liverpool convention about a month back.
all three had something small removed to see how it works and said it just felt like getting flicked with an elastic band ( what a great description ) . depending on the colour it may take a few sittings but should clear up scar free.
i can ask try and get some info on the company if it helps?

will ask them tomoro see if they can help, how much are u willing to spend as u can get creams to put on it, i have seen a few companies that just supply cream to be rubbed on a few days a week and that reacts with the pigments, they are all natural ingredients which is a little less of a worry, i think it would prob cost around 100+ depending on the size. how big roughly is it?

My misses had black spots on her arms sort of like moles which looked unsightly so when we went back to phillpines on holiday she got all 12 removed for £75 it took 3 visits over a week with a sort of like pen lazer thing it didnt really hurt her and they give her specail cream which too me seemed just like oil of ulay it was put on for a couple of weeks and the only residue is some small white spots but stand out on her dark skin but would look better on white skin
same technique for tattoo removals
we were probably ripped off on the price as £75 quid is 2 months wages in cebu
told the guy he would make a fortune in the uk

My ex had some removed.
It hurt like hell.
The laser actualy stimulates your own body into getting rid of it.
Dpends on how deep ect the tatto is to how many treatments it takes.
Put me off for life
