The question is: will they be tested? Ive had scores of cars MOTd and I dont ever remember the windows being tested. Ive only seen the door handles tested once (passenger, obviously).
Windows aren't tested...with the exception of the windscreen obviously! Other things that aren't tested include, speedo, reverse lights, front fogs, spare tyre, ash tray, cup holders and the radio
they checked my reverse lights on the porsche and the impreza, on my last mot's.
My reverse lights don't work and my car passed MOT a few weeks ago.
p.s. - OP - My electric windows don't work either. The rear window demister triggers all the lights and the horn. When you blow the horn, the stereo changes channel. They didn't check any of this
p.p.s - I don't actually drive this heap. It only got MOTed cos it has a cherished plate that I am waiting to sell

Actually the spare tyre is tested. It isn't a legal requirment to have a spare tyre/wheel in the car however, if there is one it must be legal.
