As above. Can you believe the comment below the photo of her and the mother? 'Support ... mum Lesley and Georgia'. Yeah, support for loading her up with 13000 calories a day. Does georgina have a job or money for food? No. So where the ****ing hell does it come from?

**** me it's not exactly rocket science is it. From that picture have only half a pint of milk a day (skimmed), water instead of coke, one sandwich (and no other bread), one chocolate biscuit, a few boiled potatoes instead of chips, proper balanced meal instead of the microwave lasagne, and cake on special occasions only. And get some fcukin greens down you.

CDs rehab would be to lock her up all day unless it's to do some exercise (and then under very close supervision so she don't scarper to the nearest chippy). Strict diet, and at least five miles every day on the treadmill, no food until the five miles is completed. Give it six months and the pounds will fall off.

I suppose there is no getting away from the fact that original fault lies with her parenting. Having been allowed to get away with overeating in the first place, it is going to be very hard for her to stop and get all that weight off. She is only a young girl too which besides making the problem more tragic, also means that it will be virtually inbred in her and she doubtless also has the genes which make her tend to put on weight anyway, by the looks of her mother.

I wish her all the luck and hope she can get on top of the situation. The only way may be to get her away from the influence of her mother for a start.

In one sense you think it's awful that she is like that and has to put up with bullying etc, but on the other hand her and her mother can see her getting bigger and bigger and still she continues to eat ALL that in one day and her mother allows it! Nevermind the fact that problems in her life have caused it, bollox, in that case why aren't we all huge, we've all had someone die, all went through bad times, all had someone be nasty towards you, but not everyone turns to food and then makes all the bad things that happened the reason why you eat. The mother is just as big imo, as soon as it appears in a paper that just shows me one thing................................they won't be paying for the surgery and the trip half way around the world!

I am just over 6ft, of large build (broad) and a bit overweight and she weighs over twice what I do, jesus.

I know why I have some spare poundage, more calories taken in (by me) than I have burnt via activity, its nobody elses fault and nobody elses problem, its up to me, hence the 14 mile bike ride most days.

I dont understand why people allow their families to get like tha and almost encourage it by buying the crap in the first place.
