Could you live without brains?

In a life long experiment, thousands of do-gooder but clueless labour voters decide to give up thinking and instead rely on any bit of dross that the powers that be drip feed into the vacant space between their ears.

Want to save the planet - try cutting down on CO2 emmissions by not breathing for a month! Yes did you know that you are in fact EMITTING CO2! Thats right, by cutting out breathing altogether you can deny plants the vital food they need which sustains 99% of life on this planet!

Try it today! (and do us all a favour)

I complained to a US company (Pantone) recently, when I bought a monitor calibrator, no bigger than a pen, which apparently required, from the inside out:
Mandatory PITA clear moulded plastic surround
Carboard box
Clear plastic outer pack with hanger
Cardboard outer box
Cardboard postage box.

I doubt there's any incentive for companies to reduce their packaging, other than to jump on the band-wagon.

HP seem to be the front runners at packaging:

and

In the article about the woman she said they couldn't have takeaways. All the ones I've seen are in foil with card lids. And no wine because it might have a plastic cork - just get the screw-top ones... !

What if you use more oil to 'recycle' than you recover from the recycled plastic?

I'd happily do without all the brightly coloured plastic toys our kids have.

I HATE PLASTIC TELEPHONES,TILLS,HOOVERS,IRONING BOARDS ETC ETC

Bring back wooden toys

I think one 40 ft container of paper bags = 2 pallets of plastic bags

so a lot more money (oil) will be spent on moving those bags around.

How does she pay for her shopping and stuff?

Surely, she wouldn't use a bit of plastic?!
