Origin of AIDS/HIV
Whilst browsing the net yesterday I came across an article about a man named Dr Alan Cantwell. He is a Nobel Prize winning scientist.
He basically states that the HIV/AIDS virus was man-made and was not contracted by sexual relations with a monkey in Africa. He states that its impossible for HIV/AIDS to jump species from Monkeys to Humans without the virus being genetically altered. He even goes as far to suggest that the HIV/AIDS virus was created by the US Army initially as a Biological Weapon.

But if thats true....... Thats shocking!
He says its beyond doubt, completely proven, that Aids was man made, the monkey virus was genetically altered.
Devil Dog; Your right, it was apparentlly first introduced into Gay men (Blacks) by the cover of a Herpes Vaccination in Manhattan. (Manhattan Project) The first outbreak of Aids/Hiv was in Manhattan 9 months after this vaccination. Not Africa then?

Absolutely without doubt beyond proof mate according to the above doctor!
You know you always hear about genetic markers in our dna, which means we can only contract certain viruses, and the worries the Gov have about HN51 Bird Flu virus jumping into humans.
Apparently this Doctor even knows where the Virus was created in the US, by which division of the army, and even when it was introduced.
The media hype that it was some weirdo bumming monkeys is false. We as a species could never have contracted aids without the original monkey virus being altered, with our genetic markers added so it could be contracted by humans. This virus could never have "evolved" to be able to make the species jump to humans apparently.

(This is truly worrying) The cells the virus target is the foreskin of Black males, the **** cells of Black men and women, and the vaginal cells of Black women. Africa is bound to have an increase as it is a poverty stricken nation where promiscuty (sp) is rife. Does it mention the likes of other diseases that are also on the increase there as well?

No, from what Ive read so far, It was INITIALLY introduced through the Manhattan Project (Herpes Vaccination) it was then altered to target specific cells and then showed up months later in Africa at much higher levels.
No this doesnt effect Darwins Theory of Evolution, viruses can elvolve, but the aids virus was ALTERED genetically, to include our genetic markers and allow it to jump species.

Long belived it was man-made *somehow* ..!
to target a particular audience is indeed horrendous
..and yes to an extent africans are promiscuous But the main reason its not under control and people are dying is because of the cost of drugs

The most plausible theory I read was that it may have come from a lab in Africa working on Polio vaccines, and that they may have substituted human blood for primate leading to a genetic mutation. Probably tosh, but hey

I thought the Manhattan Project was the codename of the US project to develop the first atomic bomb?
I would not be at all shocked to find out that AIDS was created in a lab and was released into the world at large, be it an accident or deliberate.

Your correct, I got mixed up, but the Herpes Vaccination did run from Manhattan, few months later the first case of Hiv was found in a gay white man in Manhattan.
Taken from a paper released by Dr Cantwell.....
The epidemic did not begin in Africa. The first AIDS cases were uncovered in Manhattan in 1979. At that time there were no reported African cases. In fact, the AIDS epidemic in Africa did not begin until the autumn of 1982 at the earliest.
How was HIV introduced exclusively into the gay community in the late 1970s? The exclusive introduction of HIV into the homosexual population of New York City is an unprecedented event in the history of medicine. This biologic phenomenon has never been fully explained scientifically. There is certainly no evidence to indicate white gay men were the only people exposed to sexual contact with Africans, particularly at a time when the epidemic did not exist in Africa. Furthermore, it is biologically impossible for a purported sexually-transmitted and blood borne "virus out of Africa" to infect only young, white, healthy men in Manhattan! Yet, the impossible did happen. Despite these facts, we are repeatedly told that AIDS began in Africa, even though the American epidemic began before the African epidemic.
The mixing of AIDS facts and fallacies has long been apparent to researchers like myself who are convinced that HIV did not come from Mother Nature and "species jumping", but was most likely introduced via contaminated vaccine experiments exclusively targeting the Black African and the American Gay community.

But we are a completely different species from Chimps etc? To say that other species have viruses which can jump to another similar species is all well and good, but to make that link to humans seems impossible from what I have read.

Chimps are a damn sight closer to us than cows or birds and yet humans can get infected with Cow Pox (actually this is beneficial and gives protection from Small Pox) and the current Bird Flu virus which has been in the news a lot of late.

i've got an idea, rather than argueing about this, why not think up an event which doesn't have a conspiricy theory which relates back to the americans plotting something, or covering something else up
