You have to have named drivers who produce driving licence at the time of hire for other people to drive. Will still be hirers responsibility whatever though. Checks would have been done at time of hire to make sure licence and credit card were ok and not fake

Unfortunately, yes, but the person who put the 5 grand on the car won't be getting that deposit back!!

He can come out with all the "my cousin was driving" he likes, but the fact is the person who signs for it is ultimately responsible for its safe return. If it gets dented, they have to pay. Expensive mistake for them...even more expensive for the insurance company!

F*ck me! Was it Naseem Hamed then? Thats his favourite excuse and Sheffield is full of dented cars and property and broken people crashed into by a 'cousin'.

Luckily it doesnt look to have been painted in the factory... so no need to fling any new primer on it when its being repaired. What a disgusting colour.
