Another Ebay problem
Yeh, I know, if you use Ebay, then this sort of thing will happen but I just want peoples opinion on this one.
I advertised an item on Ebay and stated the postage as £15.00 as it weighed 8kg.
A potential buyer asked if they could use their own courier if they won and I agreed.
This person then won the item and paid via Paypal.
The courier was organised (which meant I had to stay in all day) but the courier didn't show.
The buyer then asked for a refund as the courier had let them down advising me that I should easily re sell it....... Really
I politeley explained that I was prepared to wait in again or I could send it for the £15 I quoted.
The buyer has got arsey now and demands the cash be returned or they will initiate a complaint .
"Go for it" was my reply.
What do you think?

Wait in all day, or10 mins down the post office?
I bought some Cibie spots on Ebay last week. The seller wasn't prepared to post them, but he was willing to wait in all day for my courier to call!?!?

My p+p was £15 compared to the buyers' courier costing £6 that's why I allowed courier to collect, but the buyer is not prepared to pay my £15 p+p.
