Anyone use a courier service?
I feel I am getting ripped off in postage costs when I take things to the post office so I am considering a courier service instead to pick up parts from my house.
How do courier companys work exactly and is it any cheaper than the post office?
Thanks

Try these people
Interparcel : Discount UK & International Parcel Delivery & Courier Services
I used them this week, (first time I had used a courier service ) and they were excellent.
Bought a set of headers, seller packaged them and I ordered / paid for courier.
Real easy web site that gives all costs and different levels of service.
16k box was £6.99 +vat and arrived in 24hrs via DHL.
Much cheaper than PO and easy to organise.
Cheers

Also UK Courier Services, Express Parcel Delivery & International Shipping you can choose which courier with them.
Haven't used personally, but it's an option.

DHL at Home is quite reasonable.
DHL @HOME - At last, the delivery service your customers have been waiting for

depends on volumes that you send. The more parcels you send the better the rate you can get. The likes of DHL, Fedex and Citylink I would say are the main ones. Pro's and cons with all
