stumbled on to this site December 21 2012, The official Website for 122112 Information which says due to some calender from about 3000bc the world will end on 21st december 2012, so the big question is do i buy christmas presents or not!!!

Play it safe, and don't bother.... if all goes well and by chance the world doesn't end, the sales should have started by then (they're getting earlier every year it seems), you can save a few pennies on pressies. Either way, it's win win.

I failed to resist going into their forum and found an interesting little thread entitled "Aliens caused Columbia to crash" or something. I was going to add some helpful and informative comments but it was taking an age to load so I gave up. It's probably been taken over by the aliens now that the truth about them and the shuttle is out in the open...
