Im not, and neither am I a plane geek, but it will be something else to see the Vulcan (the scourge of Buenos Aires!) make its 'maiden' flight in front of an audience.
You dont have to be a plane geek to enjoy the air shows..its the power and the speed of the tornado's and the eurofighter thats impressive in my mind.
I dont think what I wrote came out as I meant it to. I meant that although Im not a geek, the vulcan is an impressive sight. As is the Eurofighter which was doing its stuff at the Brize Norton Families Day. Upside down and everything. Looked impressive!
I went Saturday and got a good soaking in the morning and then it turned nice and sunny after lunch.
The Typhoon but awesome but the real star of the show was obviously the Vulcan
A good show depsite the efforts of the weather to ruin it, now for RIAT
All full unfortunately, an office in one, double beds in the others. Unfortunately at the time of the air show they will be under going rigorous midlife servicing and will out of action for those (or any days) you mention .
BOB's welcome though . Percy the pug needs some work done on him

A quick search reveals plenty of available accommodation all of which has an added bonus and that is that you won't be there
