Default DO YOU KNOW OF ANY DECENT AND CHEAP CAR PARKING NEAR TWICKENHAM STADIUM??

Am going to Twickers this weekend, and they want £20 for some off site parking, which I have to pay for it, I have to ( but I would rather not!).

Has anyone been before who knows of a cheaper place to park ( somewhere which is not to dodgy to leave the car please!!)

I know they have a yellow area around the stadium which is resident parking only on event days..

TIA

Normally when I go for the Rugby I pay to park in the field next to the ground.
Costs about £15- £20 and is literally a 1 minute walk to the gates.

As safe as anywhere else.

If you do a Google for Twickenham parking you'll get a few results.
I'm guessing you're going to see Bon Jovi?

Or you could try -

Most of the skules open up their grounds for parking when the Rugby's on but I'm not sure for concerts.

I think the other Twickers parking is on the Cardinal Vaughn.

And loads here -

You should have used something like: Quick! Look! I've got my baps out in this thread! Then you'd have got everyone looking.

Tam would have been first

I've just sent my form off ( otherwise I would get in trouble with my other half for leaving everything to the last minute - as usual ), but there are no guarantees there are spaces left so I will keep your link in case of need - thanks for your help Zip

I wish I'd found those links before my last visit to Twickenham.
The day before I went I remembered that I hadn't booked a parking space.....

I got a space in a pub carpark on the main road, though.

Have a good time and don't scream at his Joviness too much.
He is getting on a bit, you know

My ambition is to learn how to sing to get over my irrational fear of karaoke.

However my immediate neighbour's ambition is to sell her house and move far, far away!

Hungry? Eat something then I'd make you something, but I can't be bothered to go to Tesco at this time of night to buy supplies Now, am I back to being useless enough again?

There is a big supermarket near to the ground that does not charge too much and opposite the ground there is an industrial estate that seems OK until you come out early to find the police won't let you leave untill all the pedestrians have left.

A mate of mine has conned me into going to Bon Jovi this Saturday.

He lives near Twickers - about 20 min walk from the ground. Parking for visitors is free, if you can find a space.

PM me if you're interested.
