Default Cheapest place for a car 'check'?

Hello

Can anyone recommend a cheap online site to check a car for outstanding finance. The one on Autotrader at £24.99 seems okay.

Finally found a car to buy tomorrow.

Thanks,

Steve

Be careful and ensure that cheap checks include a finance search. You dont lose your car if you honestly bought in ignorance (or you were assured it had been settled), its a myth, but its a PITA to deal with.

I did the £3.95 one and it gave details of the car etc.. and a piece of paper for the owner to sign which will pay (apparently) in the event that there is any outstanding finance.
