Default 30,000 litres of fuel....

...delivered to my local petrol station this morning, all is calm and quiet out there at the pumps, apart from ASDA, Tesco and a few other garages with no fuel

Yet my local one not half a mile from ASDA & Tesco have 30,000 litres

So who will be footing the bill then?

you dont actually believe your employer will pay do you

the money he,s paying for your "free" fuel is actually the pay rise you should get every year. he,s saving a small fortune

Not quite true Mart

I was offered an extra 2k now or the fuel card, I opted for the fuel card as I know roughly how many miles I am going to be doing and put it this way, it will cost a damn site more than 2 grand a year, an incredibly conservative 100 quid a week on fuel works out at about 5k a year, I still get pay rises every year as its written into my contract

I know I will get taxed on the fuel card, but I would still rather have that than pay for my own fuel costs especially once it is 10 quid a gallon at the end of the year

Happyman not sure who you are, but I start a new job on monday which is better than the job I have been stuck in for the last few years, the money is the same but the difference is I get a fuel card with the new job

I still am skint, and we are still paying out treatment for Scooby every month, which we have been doing for quite some time, like I say the only difference is that I get a fuel card in my new job as I will be driving pretty much all over the country and couldnt afford to pay that myself
