Default Newspapers and political bias

Confess I once bought the Mail but does my head in.

Had The Times for a while now.Seems to have a slight Tory slant but otherwise ok.

Who backs who? Is the Independant actually that and is it any good?

(I'm just getting miffed with newspapers and news stations being a bit biased and trying to find the best thing to read/watch news wise)

The Indy is worse than the Guardian especially about global warming, left is an understatement. The Times is probably the most middle of the road
