I am interested in buying something from a citizen of USA on Ebay. He does not accept Paypal or Billpoint. He has requested Postal Money Orders but the Post Office say these do not exist. The closest they offer is called Money Gram, but this costs £12. Since the item is likely to sell for around £50 this is not a good solution. The guy does not want to give me his account details, so transferring funds directly into his account would appear to be ruled out.
Is there another way?
