Wow, that is harsh!!!

I wonder what will happen with insurance? Assuming he doesn't have a multi-car policy he'll have 3 separate insurance policies? Does that mean he'll have to claim on all 3 separately for each car taking the NCD hit and excess hit on all of them individually or will he just claim for the Evo and have the other losses covered as an integral part of that claim. It would be mega tight if he had to pay an excess on all 3 and have a claim marked against all 3!!

Dunno about it being a grudge job, the owners seems to think they only set fire to the Evo after trying and failing to nick it.

How unlucky is that....the handbrake cable went on the Evo and it rolled into the RS4!

Grudge against the Evos security system??

How about the other two cars? Seems strange that someone targeted all three of his cars!

Barstewards in any case; they deserve to be strung up by the ***** to stop em reproducing!!

They only targetted the Evo, unfortunately his 205 was parked next to it and caught the flames, the handbrake cable snapped on the evo and rolled back into the RS4. Sh!tty all the same

Sounds like he was just really unlucky. From what the thread says, they tried to nick the EVO, couldn't so torched it which set the 205 alight and when the handbrake cable snapped on the EVO it rolled into the RS4.

Dreadful

They can't steel it, so set fire to it. If we can't have it, the owner now can't.

WTF is this country like?

The 205 was always going to get burned next to his Evo, but having the Evo roll back into his RS4 is just the worst bad luck ever.

Absolutely gutted for him. In the light of day, I bet he wishes they'd just stole his Evo in the first place.

Terrible.

It is horrifying to see how vicious some of these louts are thhese days. Looks like my prophecy of a "Mad Max" society was not so far off the mark after all.

We desperately need a strong leadership to take hold of the situation and start meting out real and appropriate punishment which they are frightened of to these destructive and uncaring individuals before it is too late.

We need to bring back national service and the death penalty, unfortunately there is no chance of either being reinstated.

I don't think we need a Nation Service for everyone, but certainly we should adopt the American stance. 3 strikes and your out.

Also Louts should be automatically enrolled in the Army, instead of this fine & community service bullsh*t. Let them go to Iraq and be shot at.

Read it this morning on MLR, couldn't believe it.

'Speed Junkie' has had the biggest load of bad luck dealt, bad enough having your car stolen, but torched and wiping out your other cars is just undescribable.

Us working people are getting royally fcuked over by this country, we pay stupid tax for what? ok if you could have nice stuff, bit if you do some ****** either steals or trashes it. I am sick of reading stories like this every week.

Lets just hope the insurance dont screw him over, they did when i tried claiming when mine got stolen.

Gutted for him......

It's getting to the point where I worry at work what I am going to find when I get home, whether some ******* from the local dodgy council estate have decided to turn the house over
I go out work my ***** off to pay for them to sit at home all day, leaving them free to burgle my house, safe in the knowledge that all they will get if they are caught is a community service order at worst

Your not the only one, mates laugh at me when I go away and leave the Wagon in the work compound. Lucky for them, they have not had to come home to find the house emptied and car gone

wouldn't send a nutcase out with a gun but i reckon military service for anyone that doesn't go into higher education should be mandatory. You only need to look at programs like Bad Lads Army to see the difference a good kick up the rear can make. Usually a number of them sign up afterwards becuase it gives them something to actually work for.

5t.
