ive been to look a at v6 calibra they had. I walked away in the end.

Car had #allegedly# just over 60000 miles on the clock, think it was on a 97 plate (one of the later ones anway) condition of the bodywork, condition of the interior told me it had done a lot more than the advertised (and showing) mileage. Car had just passed an mot as well, yet the brakes were very dodgy, confirmed when I felt the massive lip on the brake discs, no way would they pass a legitimate mot.

Website is quite professional looking and they had a few scoobs and 1 o 2 evos when I went (about 5 months ago) and a load of other mainstream cars. None of the "prestige" cars on the website were there though and we are talkng big indoor and outdoor premises. The clarkson owned cosworth was being advertised those 5 months ago and it is still showing as being for sale, however it wasnt there when I went and I think a escort cosworth with clarkson as a previous owner would go fairly quickly imo. I didnt get a good feeling from the people running it as well

Thanks guys. my sister lives up in Manchester and just bought a car from there. She knows **** all about cars so have advised she gets an AA check done. Car showing as outstanding finance on HPI but marker is 6 years old so hoping it is an error. Will check today.
