While driving home down the A1 last night I passed under a bridge which had 2 lovely officers of the law spending quality time trying to catch real criminals

Armed with their speed camera mounted on a tripod, closely followed by another officer who'd stopped someone a little further down the road.

I wasn't exactly hanging around before seeing them but on the approach to them I was following a couple of cars sitting at about 70.......

Ayone know how far down the road these things can read the speed of a car? I found info on one camera last night which said between 10 and 640m?
