Just had a renewal today from my contents Insurer - a 40% Increase on last year!
Just rung them, I was given a 50% discount last year to win my business, they said - yes I know that I replied - what will you do this year to retain my business?
What do you want us to do they said?
Half the renewal quote and it will interest me again I said ..... they did and took another 10% off!!
Just for the asking you can make massive savings - it's quite staggering what you can do if you have ***** of steel
