Default Car sold within 24 hours...

Moving abroad this weekend. Was selling my Honda Accord TypeS, put it in Autotrader for a two-week stint and 24 hours later it was sold. Who says the market is slowing down?

The car was book price.

A car is always only worth what someone wanting one is willing to pay.

Glad you found that person quickly.

Looks like it's gone to a good home; there were no more questions after the test drive

Same happened to me. I had it on here quite low... slapped it in Autotrader at full asking. Guy came round the next day, bought it cash

Left the ad running and didnt get a single other call lol.

Talk about lucky

Thanks for the messages, off to Lyon indefinately - got a job with our parent company. The car was one of the things I hadn't sorted, another thing crossed-off the plan

I was chuffed when I sold my scoob in January. Put it on pistonheads Thursday afternoon, got an e-mail saying can I come and view it Friday morning (I must admit I thought yeah yeah bet you never turn up), anyway he turned up at 8.30 am and bought it Was even more chuffed as I got a grand more than what I was expecting

The best thing was that I hadn't washed it for about 6 months and it was minging and my mate said I would never sell it like that so he had to buy me a pint after that

My what a nice honest chap you are. In fact aren't you the same person who has cropped up on scoobynet as not being very honest

Maybe I have you confused with someone else, but what comes around, goes around
