So i need some advise on what to wear ?
Lunch, shopping, ten pin bowling & then some cocktails
Casual, smart but casual, smart or poncy ??

If you are out shopping through the day you won't be overly dressed, yet smart enough for cocktails. I wouldn't stand for my date taking me for cocktails dressed like he is going down the pub to watch the football.
