Sound Control & Turnkey filed for Administration today
Sad news
Only just found out, am gutted, shall miss going in Sound Control, it seems all the staff got made redundant today too
Ive spent many a pound and hour in there too

Shame about sound control....they were ok.
But not Turkey.
Biggest bunch of useless box shifting b*stards Ive ever met.
Swore I would never give them another penny of my cash after how they screwed me over and gave me possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, way back in 2000, and I have remained true to that.
Shame for them, as I have spent a $****load kitting out the studio since then.
Good riddance.
But not Turkey.

Was that from the Leeds store? and have you got a back up plan Bubba?
Thats a bit of a bind, I found it quite funny that a number of the competitors have sent emails out expressing their sadness at Sound Control & Turnkey going into administration and they would like to offer all of sound controls customers a good level of service and will happily take any orders that people were waiting for

They'll be back. It certainly wouldn't surprise me.
same as Freak - I've spend a LOT of money with these firms (for both myself and clients).
Turnkey..... not overly bothered, but Sound Control, shame.
Oh well, back to Thomman, Ebay & Stirling Syco!
